Billing and cancellation

Manage a web subscription from your billing page. For App Store or Google Play purchases, manage cancellation and refund requests through the store where you subscribed. Deleting an account does not cancel a store subscription.

Your account and data

Account requests are processed in the background. Ready exports have a private, short-lived download link; the file is retained for 24 hours. A deletion request blocks access immediately and schedules removal within 30 days. Check the request status for completion. Deleting this product account does not delete accounts in other services.
